The business was established in 1996, and continues to thrive with an ever-growing property portfolio of student, residential and commercial properties. We offer over 20 years’ experience within the industry, and are different to other agents out there as we own and manage all of our properties, which means you deal directly with ourselves no separate agents. Our aim within the business is to provide modern and affordable housing to all our Tenants.

Following recent years during our student letting season, we have found that our properties are at full capacity for the following year by the end of October, giving us hundreds of leads and enquiries that are then rendered useless. We are wanting to extend our service to other Landlords, backed by our immaculate reputation of service and standard, we are hoping to be able to offer assistances to other Landlords with securing Tenants for the next academic year as soon as possible. Having the sheer volume of interest from Students and profound conversion rate of turning our leads to Tenants we would be keen to help others do the same.
We are now offering a ‘Tenant finds’ Service to Landlords with properties with the Merseyside area. This will include advertising the property on all major platforms helping to assist with enquires, performing viewing, following up with interested parties and ensuring a signed AST is completed and in place to reduce any stresses and worries by providing our expertise.
As many Landlords are now branching out to manage their own properties, we are also offering an advert only service! We advertise on all major platforms and will help review all your potential leads even offering a service of securing viewing if you need that extra added support!
